Commission Information

 What I Do and How Long It Takes

• I work with all generations, but you may have to include the cost of a bait in your commission price. I do not keep a large stock of baits in all generations; most of what I have are G3.

• I also offer bait prep, airbrushed full-body repaints (sealer optional), RIT dyeing, "tool method" rehairing using nylon or polypropylene hair, and nirvana/variant restorations.

• My skills include handpainted eyes and symbols, "straw method" curls/boil perms and  simple "twisty" hairstyles, moderate sculpting, basic hand- and/or machine-sewn elements, Fantasy Film embellishments, and butterfly wings.

• Expect working time to be anywhere from one to six months. This depends on availability of supplies and working time between personal commitments. Work and family take up a lot of my time. I will keep you updated every step of the way.

• I reserve the right to turn down any commission at any time for any reason.

Pricing and Payment 

• The cost of a custom may increase based on the availability and cost of a bait; I do not charge if I have one on-hand.

• I am sometimes open to doing custom trades or trades for ponies on my wish list. Feel free to ask!

• I only accept PayPal Goods & Services. This is for both your protection and mine.

• A 50% deposit is required. These funds become non-refundable once I have begun working on your custom.

• Your remaining balance is due within 10 days of completion of your custom.

Shipping and Handling

• I do not charge for packaging materials. I use what I have available, which I usually get for free.

• Your custom will be placed in a zip-seal bag, wrapped in bubble wrap, and secured in a box with bubble wrap or packing peanuts for shipping.

• I use the United States Postal Service for shipping.

• Delivery Confirmation is now included with all USPS First Class and Priority packages.

• Insurance for costs over $50 is optional - $50 and under is now included in all USPS Priority mailing prices. HOWEVER, I am not responsible for your package once it is in the hands of the Postal Service.

• I will ship worldwide using your method of choice; HOWEVER, I am not responsible for lost  or damaged packages, should you choose not to purchase additional package tracking or insurance.

Privacy Policy

OK, I don't know why I need one, but Facebook Pages is demanding that I have one.

• • I do not personally collect any of your data or information except what is needed to communicate with you about commissions and/or sales. That information may include your full name, address, and email address.

  • For information on what Google Sites may or may not collect, click here for its privacy policy.

  • I only use your information to communicate with you about commissions and/or sales. I don't retain that info longer than it remains in my PayPal activity log.

  • For PayPal's privacy policy, click here.

  • I don't and would never personally sell any of your information to any persons or corporate entities. Nor would I provide it to anyone free-of-charge.

  • I will, however, provide your given information to law enforcement if the need arises.
